Brad WildeCo-Founder & Chief Strategist Brad Wilde is a founding partner of iTether Technologies, Inc. A native Chicagoan, he graduated from the University of Arizona with a degree in political science and economics. He has raised his family in Phoenix and has served on several Boards – including the Phoenix Art Museum, the Rio Salado Foundation and Crossroads, Inc. It is as a longtime Board member (recent past President) of Crossroads, Inc. that Brad’s personal commitment to improving behavioral healthcare recovery has manifested. Crossroads is the largest non-profit, residential substance abuse treatment center in the Southwest. In 2015, combining their experience in behavioral health and technology, Brad and Sean Gunderson endeavored to create a comprehensive care management platform…enhancing sustainable patient care, driving positive and measurable outcome, and fostering systemic financial accountability. From this premise, iTether was conceived. |

Scott R. MeyerChief Operating Officer Scott Meyer is an experienced executive with a diverse background in both for-profit and nonprofit leadership. His career began in 1982 in the aerospace industry, where Scott held positions in Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Management, Business Development, and as IT Director for a global aerospace materials manufacturer. In 1997 Scott co-founded OneNeck IT Services, a global provider of 24x7 IT managed services. As President and COO Mr. Meyer led sales, business development and service delivery for OneNeck, driving the company’s rapid global growth and profitability. His leadership culminated in a successful re-capitalization of the business with private equity investors, and his subsequent exit from the firm. In 2006 Scott joined the board of directors of the Foundation for Blind Children, and over nine years he served as board president, chair of the Governance and Nominating Committee, and chair of a $10M Capital Campaign. Currently Scott serves on the board of the Valleywise Health Foundation, and on the board of Crossroads Inc., a licensed substance abuse treatment provider. Also, Scott is a member of Scottsdale Leadership’s Class 32, whose mission is to inform, inspire and empower leaders to champion and strengthen the interests of the community he loves. Scott and his wife Roselyn are devoted parents to their young son, and Scott’s two adult children. His family enjoys spending time at their Pinetop cabin whenever possible, and he is also an avid motorcyclist. Scott earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign – and is forever a proud Fighting Illini. |

Wes HodgesChief Technology Officer Wes leads our development team and product technologies. Before joining iTether, Wes was the CTO of Wave Software for 10 years where he led development of award-winning legal e-discovery software. Prior to Wave Software, he was Director of Development for Electronic Data Discovery at Driven, Inc., creating in-house tools to make the EDD process easier and faster. In July of 2002, Wes oversaw development and operations as the CTO of HIPAAdocs, a solution provider for small health practices working to become compliant with the government HIPAA regulations. For five years, Wes owned and managed Fab Gear Interactive, a web development company. He worked closely with many clients to develop innovative solutions for each individual need and was also responsible for all financial aspects of the company. Wes received his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Virginia Tech. He is a father of two and has been married to his wife for 25 years. |

Matthew AllenDirector of Business Development Matthew brings to iTether a wealth of experience as a versatile and successful account executive. His expertise in building productive working partnerships with diverse stakeholders has led to more than a decade of business development work in higher education. He brings years of organizational leadership experience, including a keen eye for strategic planning. His passion for helping others led Matthew to join a non-profit board in 2017, where he found great satisfaction working with underserved populations in behavioral health. His leadership in board development and governance has also proven Matthew to be a critical asset to any team. With his own family's complicated medical history as a reference point, Matthew decided to explore new opportunities to improve managed care through advancing technologies. His goals include making healthcare more accessible for patients and scalable for health plans and providers. Matthew earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Grand Canyon University. He is a devoted family man and friend and goes above and beyond for the people who cross his path. Originally from Wisconsin, Matthew relocated to Arizona in 2008 and enjoys hiking, creating music, and playing in the sun with his wife and children. |

Lydia PineaultImplementation Manager Lydia is a Certified Project Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the health, wellness and fitness industry. She graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a minor in Health Promotion. She started out as a Personal Trainer before transitioning into a leadership role in the fitness field. From there she worked as a Client Manager in the Banking industry and expanded her knowledge of business and Relationship Management. Looking for the next challenge, she accepted the role here at iTether Technologies. At iTether she works with clients to get started developing their remote patient engagement program. She acts as a liaison between clients and the technology team to define client workflows and requirements to best rollout the iTether system into their organization. |

Martin CardenasJunior Software Engineer Martin Cardenas joined the iTether Technologies team as an intern in 2019 before coming on permanently as a Junior Software Engineer. His skill in web development helps him to create a dynamic user experience that consistently impresses clients. He specializes in Adobe Photoshop, HTML, CSS and JavaScript. In his free time he enjoys playing basketball and creating websites. He is from Phoenix, Arizona and graduated from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. |

Justin DewaneBusiness Analyst Justin is a business analyst with the iTether team. He works alongside other business analysts, project managers and iTether team members to support the implementation of the iTether platform & technology. He also performs detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, performing QA testing, and assisting the project team as required. Justin graduated from the University of Arizona with a Degree in Business Management and a minor in Sports Nutrition. During this time, he was heavily involved with the Men’s Basketball program as a Student Manager. In this role he aided with practices, organizing and breaking down film for the coaching staff, as well as learning the operations of an elite collegiate basketball program. This experience with technology and operations helped to build his passion for the behind the scenes work that takes place in sports, and in business. |

Dr. Don FowlsAdvisory Board Member Don Fowls, MD, is a nationally known psychiatrist and health care consultant who helps managed care, provider based, and other organizations develop solutions for the many challenges facing healthcare today, including integration, value-based reimbursement, and managing the needs of special, complex populations. He joined the iTether Technologies, Inc. Advisory Board in 2018. Previously Dr. Fowls served as Chief Medical Officer and Executive Vice President of Business Development for Value Options and its parent company FHC Health Systems for eleven years. He also worked at Schaller Anderson Inc. as Executive Vice President, Business Development, and President and CEO of its behavioral health subsidiary. Dr. Fowls has helped several national and regional health plans and systems integrate behavioral and physical health and develop value-based payment models to support this. In Arizona he recently served as Chief Medical Officer for Mercy Maricopa Integrated Care as well as the Behavioral Health Advisor to the Practice Innovation Institute in Phoenix, one of the CMS Transforming Clinical Practice Initiative grant awardees to transform the practices of health care providers. Dr Fowls is also a Board member of Marc Community Resources, an AZ based community provider of services for behavioral health and intellectual and developmental disorders. He is also President-elect of the Arizona Psychiatric Society and a Fellow in the American Psychiatric Association. |

Eddy BroadwayAdvisory Board Member Eddy Broadway is an accomplished Healthcare Executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience in behavioral health operations. He specializes in guiding and directing strategy and operations in large health systems. Mr. Broadway joined the iTether Technologies, Inc. Board in Most recently Mr. Broadway served as the President and CEO of Mercy Maricopa Integrated Care, the new Regional Behavioral Health Authority in Maricopa County. Before going to Mercy Maricopa, Mr. Broadway served as the CEO of ValueOptions now known as Beacon Health Options. ValueOptions was extensively involved in Behavioral Health Management with the goal of improving quality of life for those suffering with mental illness and/or substance abuse disorders. While at ValueOptions he worked with providers to better deliver services in challenging geographic areas with a limited workforce. Prior to that he was Deputy Director for Arizona Department of Health Services where he administered Behavioral Health and Children’s Rehabilitative Services for the Arizona Health Cost Containment System (AHCCCS). Mr. Broadway has also served as a board member on The Arizona Association of Health Plans, The Arizona Substance Abuse Task Force and National Association of State Mental Health Program Directors. |

Dennis BurkeAdvisory Board Member Dennis K. Burke is Of Counsel at Ballard Spahr, a national law firm, and a renowned attorney with over 20 years of experience in both federal and state government. He is a former Governor’s Chief of Staff, State Chief Deputy Attorney General, White House Staffer, United States Senate Committee Counsel and held several high-ranking positions at the United States Departments of Justice and Homeland Security. He joined the iTether Technologies, Inc. Advisory Board in 2016. As the U.S. Attorney for the District of Arizona, Dennis oversaw all federal prosecutions in the state and led a range of investigations, including high-profile cases involving white collar crimes, drug trafficking, immigration issues, and fraud. He also was a member of the Obama/Biden transition team that focused on homeland security administration and policy. Following his years in government service, Dennis founded a global security consulting and business advisory firm, counseling clients on investigations, corporate governance issues, federal and state government relations, and intellectual property enforcement. He also maintained a private law practice advising clients on white collar and immigration matters, handling internal investigations, and assisting with small business corporate governance, contracts and licensing. |

Will HumbleAdvisory Board Member Will Humble is a big believer in using evidence-based health policy to improve health outcomes and strives to lead with emotional intelligence. He has demonstrated this through years of service for the Arizona Public Health Association and through his work at University of Arizona. He joined the iTether Advisory Board in 2017. Mr. Humble is the Executive Director for the Arizona Public Health Association. His 30 years in public health included more than 2 decades at the Arizona Department of Health Services, where he served in various capacities including as the Agency Director from 2009 to 2015. Most recently, he served as a health policy director at the University of Arizona from 2015 to 2017. He continues to be involved in health policy in his role with AzPHA and as Adjunct Faculty with The University of Arizona's Mel & Enid Zuckerman College of Public Health. He received a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Northern Arizona University, a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from Arizona State University, and a Masters in Public Health from the University of California, Berkeley. He was awarded an Honorary Doctorate from The University of Arizona in 2015 for his career commitment to engaging partnerships between academic and executive public health. |
